Immune System Boosters: Vitalizing and Energizing your Immune System

I once had a spiritual healing teacher who taught a very simple technique to energize your immune system.  Ethel Lombardi was teaching into her 70s, and I had the good fortune to take some classes with her in the 1990s.  Ethel had had a near death experience many years before, at a time when there was very little discussion of these types of experiences.  From that experience she was connected to spiritual healing abilities, some of which included some miracles.  I even witnessed Ethel restore a fellow class member’s hearing.

Ethel taught us this simple technique:

  • Activate your Divine Spark (You can do so by simply thinking it.)
  • Ask your Divine Self to vitalize and energize your immune system.
  • Enjoy about 5 minutes being present while your Divine Self works.

You can also refuse consent to getting a cold.  For example, before you go into a store, say that you refuse consent to getting any kind of illness while in the building.  I have clairvoyantly seen dark entities standing in stores, handing out viruses to people that walk by.  I’ve done this on-site refusal a few times recently and it worked.

In addition to spiritual measures to protect yourself, below are steps in the physical world you can take to strengthen and boost your immune system.

I have used them to quickly squelch a cold.  I just stopped another cold before it even got started.  The main things I did are spray hydrogen peroxide on my throat as soon as I sense a cold, then I drank orange juice mixed with quinine (tonic water), and took several supplements such as zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, herbs such as garlic and ginger.   And I repeated that every few hours.  The cold was basically gone in a few hours.

If your immune system has been weakened, sometimes it may take several months to build it back up.

Of note, wireless frequencies have been demonstrated for decades to harm the body.  Do whatever you can to avoid wireless frequencies in your home and near your body.

Probiotics:  Healthy Gut Biome

One of the first steps in vitalizing your immune system is having robust colonies of healthy bacteria in your gut.  The wrong types of bacteria can not only make you fat, they can also impede your immune system, organ, and brain development.

Beneficial bacteria can also help prevent disease.  Researchers have found that probiotics actually destroy cancer cells and prevent their spread.  Low counts of Bifidobacteria have been linked to many diseases, and Bifidobacteria supplements may help treat symptoms of certain diseases.

Alkalinize your Body

Most foods cause the body to have an acidic balance.  Cancer thrives in an acid-heavy system, where the blood and the organs are flooded with processed salt, sugar, animal fat and artificial food.ٰ  Excess acidity is correlated with conditions such as brittle bones and nails, type 2 diabetes, heart problems, and cancer.

Besides eating an alkaline-only diet, a few ways to alkalinize your body include using minerals and hydrogen peroxide.

1. Alkalinize your Body with Minerals:  Heal Sensitive Teeth 
The benefit of minerals is that they can also be used to remineralize your teeth (grow back the dentin). If you’ve given up eating oranges and apples because of sensitive teeth — this simple solution will having you eating your favorite acidic foods again soon.

2. Alkalinize your Body with Hydrogen Peroxide:  Clearing Colds & Cancer 
Alkalinizing your body with hydrogen peroxide has many benefits. Peroxide works to block colds, and I know of someone given a few months to live due to cancer — who recovered, apparently due to peroxide in her water.

 

 

Essential Vitamins

In addition to eating a well-rounded diet, your immune system can benefit from vitamins.  Note that many cheap vitamins are made in China notorious for shortcuts and toxins in their products.  A friend of mine started taking large doses of vitamins when the coronavirus scare started, and soon after a varicose vein formed on one leg and his ankles started swelling.  Once I started taking some mid-range vitamins, and my lower legs started itching constantly.  I stopped taking the vitamins and it went away.  I have noticed pets itching excessively.  This may be attributable to cheap or rancid vitamins in their food.  At this point I am wondering if this isn’t primarily from vitamin E, which can spoil relatively easily.

So I make a point to find well-made vitamins, and list some of the ones I buy on the below pages, which discuss these vitamins in detail.

1. Vitamin C Megadoses:  Cured Polio, Pneumonia, MS, Some Cancers, Chronic Fatigue, High Cholesterol, Schizophrenia, and Many Other Health Issues | Dr. Frederick Klenner
Dr. Klenner researched vitamin C in the 1940s and had incredible success with intravenous megadoses, including curing polio patients who were paralyzed — who were now able to walk again.  (Note:  Processed fruits, such as orange juice, contain very little vitamin C.  Fresh fruits are the best source of natural vitamin C.)

2. Vitamins D and K:  People in Sunny States Get Less Cancer, Vitamin D Prevents Over a Dozen Diseases and Conditions, Including Cancer and Colds
Vitamin D prevents over a dozen high-profit diseases and health conditions.  For example, women in the Southern US have over half as much breast cancer as those in the North.  People suffering from cancer almost always demonstrate severe vitamin D deficiency, as do people with osteoporosis and multiple sclerosis.

3. Vitamin E:  Deficiency is Associated with Increased Cancer & Disease
Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant.  It is an important nutrient for maintaining the immune system, especially in those with weaker immune systems or among the older population.  Vitamin E is also important in the formation of red blood cells. It helps the body use vitamin K. It also helps widen blood vessels and keep blood from clotting inside them.  When vitamin E is deficient, the immune system weakens.  This is associated with increased infectious diseases and incidence of tumors.  In contrast, vitamin E supplementation has various beneficial effects on the immune system.  Weakened immunity is markedly improved by the intake of a high vitamin E diet.

 

Essential Minerals

1. Women with More Iodine Intake Have Less Breast Cancer, Men Have Less Prostate Cancer 
I have taken iodine supplements for years, and it give me more energy and causes my body to heal ore quickly.

Iodine has been known to reverse many forms of cancer and diseases:

  • Breast, Thyroid, Ovarian and Uterine Cancer
  • Breast and ovarian cysts and fibrosis
  • Liver disorders
  • Prostate disorders
  • Thyroid disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • ADHD

2. The Zinc Connection:  Quinine in Tonic Water Fights Corona Virus  
Chloroquine has been touted to treat corona virus. It is a variant of quinine, which is contained in tonic water.  Quinine and chloriquine transport zinc into your cells, which then blocks viruses from replicating.  Apparently nurses are giving tonic water to their corona virus patients.   Zinc is vital for a healthy immune system, and also helps prevent blindness due to macular degeneration.   Zinc deficiency has been tied to immune system problems, prostate enlargement, and stunted brain development in infants if zinc was deficient during pregnancy.

3. Selenium, Iron, Copper, Folic Acid, Vitamins A, B6  
There is some evidence that various micronutrient deficiencies — for example, deficiencies of zinc, selenium, iron, copper, folic acid, and vitamins A, B6, C, and E — alter immune responses in animals, as measured in the test tube.

Herbs:  Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Elderberry, Echinacea

There are many herbs that can help boost your immune system.  This simple tonic will help boost your immune system and cleanse your body.  I take it regularly.

Morning  Tonic

Crush or mince the ingredients, chew if you can, and swallow up:

    • 1 clove of fresh minced garlic (let stand for 10 minutes after mincing, then enzymatic activity will release more of the beneficial component, allicin)
    • Same amount of fresh minced ginger
    • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon (bottled lemon juice will have virtually no vitamin C)
    • 1 T. olive oil

1. Raw Garlic Reduces Likelihood of Becoming Sick
Studies have shown that raw garlic reduces the risk of becoming sick in the first place, as well as how long you stay sick.  It can also reduce the severity of symptoms.  Garlic appears to enhance the functioning of the immune system by stimulating certain immune system cells, such as macrophages, lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, and eosinophil, by mechanisms including modulation of cytokine secretion, immunoglobulin production, phagocytosis, and macrophage activation.   Garlic is best consumed fresh, as the key ingredient allicin is mostly destroyed through processing.  Mincing or pressing garlic activates enzymes that produce the allicin. If you let the minced garlic sit for 10 minutes, the enzymatic action will produce more allicin.  Two raw cloves of garlic a day will essentially double your immune system’s response.

2. Ginger and Turmeric Prevent Cancer
When you research ginger and turmeric, there is extensive information about their health benefits, including preventing and stopping the spread of cancer.  They are both immune system boosters, natural antibiotics, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories, and have many other health benefits.

3. Echinacea:  Helps Heal Infections and Wounds
Native American and other traditional healers have used echinacea for hundreds of years to treat infections and wounds.  A study published in the Journal of Biomedicine and Biotechnology reports that extract of Echinacea purpurea can kill many different kinds of bacteria, including Streptococcus pyogenes (S. pyogenes).  S. pyogenes is responsible for strep throat, toxic shock syndrome, and the “flesh-eating disease” known as necrotizing fasciitis. Echinacea may also fight inflammation associated with bacterial infection.

4. Black Elderberry:  Helps Treat the Flu
Black elderberry extracts and flower infusions have been shown to have anti-viral properties, reducing the severity and length of the flu.   Black elderberry is available in a wide variety of formulations, from syrups to lozenges to capsules.

5. Spicy Foods Cut Risk of Heart Attacks and Stroke
This information isn’t directly about your immune system, but it seems important enough to include it anyway.  Researchers found that regular consumption of chili pepper – more than four times a week – is associated with a reduction of death risk by heart attack or stroke.  The protection from mortality risk was independent of the type of diet people followed.  In other words, someone can follow a healthy diet, and someone else can eat less healthily, but for all of them chili pepper has a protective effect.

 

Conclusion

There are many simple steps you can take to build your immune system.  Also get exercise and plenty of sleep.  And refuse consent to illness, as you may be giving consent without consciously realizing it.
